Do you just provide recommendations and guidance, or do you actually help implement them?
We provide both. Unlike traditional consultants who deliver a report and exit, GrantWin stays to support and/or implement the solutions we design. We don't consider an engagement complete until your systems are functional, your team is trained, and your compliance posture is strengthened.
How is this different from hiring an in-house compliance officer?
A compliance officer is one person. GrantWin is a team with 80+ years of collective experience across 20+ federal agencies. We provide depth and breadth no single hire can match—without the overhead of a full-time salary and benefits.
What if we already have grant management software?
Software doesn't guarantee compliance. Processes do. We work within your existing technology stack to build workflows, controls, and documentation systems that make your tools actually work for compliance—not just tracking.
Can you help us with just one compliance area, like procurement or drawdowns?
Absolutely. While many organizations engage us for comprehensive system assessments, we also provide targeted engagements focused on specific compliance domains. Tell us where you're struggling, and we'll meet you there.
What are your grant compliance professionals’ credentials and experience?
The grant management team is comprised of grant professionals with over 80 years of combined experience as federal grant management and compliance experts.
We managed grants for our clients from over 20 federal, state, and local government agencies.
The team also includes two Certified Grant Management Specialists, an internal auditor, and a Certified Public Accountant with federal grant accounting and single audit experience and a grant accountant with experience as an internal auditor.
What are the fees for the firm’s services?
Please schedule a meeting with our team so we can learn about your needs and provide a fee.
How long can we engage the GrantWin team?
Our team is ready and positioned to provide grant management and other for the duration of your grant(s). We recommend a minimum engagement of three (3) months.
For our Grant Management Policies and Procedures service, we support your organization for 8-10 weeks.
We don't just know federal grants. We've been on your side of the table.
